Please fill out the catering order form below, or you can click here for a printable version that can be faxed to our office at 505-883-2685, or email us at [email protected].  Our Catering Coordinator will contact you to work out final details.

For a guest count of up to 100, we require your catering order at least one (1) week prior to your event date.  If you are catering to over 100 guests, you should submit your order at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date.

Please note: Submitting this electronic form does NOT confirm your event.  We will contact you within 48 hours.  You MUST confirm with a member of the catering staff to ensure your event is planned.
